Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “View Cart” and then “Checkout” you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We are able to deliver orders outside of the USA. Those wishing to place orders from other countries, payment is made via credit card only. Carriage will be charged at cost.

We accept credit card payment or PayPal Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, and JBC Cards.

 

Cancelled Orders – Once goods have been despatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellation of orders for specially-made items once manufacture has commenced, unless in our view the item is likely to be required by another customer within the foreseeable future.

 

Shipping and Handling

We have a set rate of $4.99 on all orders, regardless of the number of items in a shipment

Overseas Delivery: Delivery charges for orders outside of the USA will be charged at cost. You will be notified of delivery charges prior to processing of order for confirmation.

 

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch all orders in 2-3 working days.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

Crosses and Medals warrants that the goods will correspond with their specification and will be free from defects in material or workmanship, subject to the following conditions:

 

(i) Crosses and Medals shall not be liable: (a) in respect of any defect arising from wilful damage, negligence, failure to follow instructions, abnormal working conditions, misuse or alteration. (b) if the total price for the goods has not been paid by the due date. (b) Where goods are faulty, Crosses and Medals shall be entitled to replace the goods free of charge, rectify the fault, or at Crosses and Medal’s discretion refund the price of the goods, and Crosses and Medals shall have no further liability. (c)Crosses and Medals shall not be liable for any loss or damage whether direct or consequential or otherwise but in any event Crosses and Medal’s liability (if any) shall be limited to the price of the goods. (d) Nothing in these terms affects Crosses and Medal’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from Crosses and Medal’s negligence. (e) Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Crosses and Medals does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Returns Policy

We will be happy to replace any defective item. Please contact us for return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be credited to your account.

Remittance Terms

Orders that are placed on invoice will be invoiced on the date of despatch and we would appreciate payment no later than thirty days following the invoice date.
